Replacement Lid for Brand New Tumbler |

I'd purchased a porcelain tumbler from a local store, washed it and the lid and then set them on the drying mat. Within 2 hours, my kitten (who's really half puppy) snagged the lid from the sink and chewed it. By the time I realized what he was doing, the lid was full of large holes! I was angry and really disappointed. However, I quickly looked online and was thrilled that the Vessel Drinkware had a website and sold replacement lids! I purchased two (just to be safe). The price was reasonable and I love that they were shipped for free!! The lids arrived very quickly and fit just as well as the original. Will definitely be ordering from this company again.

Gift for a friend |

I work in a hospital setting which means infection control is of the utmost importance. This was a gift for a friend working in the same setting. Now her drinks stay warm longer, and she does not have to worry so much about free radicals, dust and other undesirables descending into her morning caffe con leche. She can also wash her new lid in the dishwasher making it easy to care for.

Great -- but tend to loosen up |

I love my Porcelain Tumbler, but the lids do pop off a bit easily. I almost lost one last week, so I ordered a couple of spares. Great service! The lids arrived within a few days of ordering.

My daughter introduced me to Vessel Drinkware when she left a 15 oz. "Lightning" porcelain tumbler behind, upon leaving for the school year. Upon examination I realized she'd left the tumbler behind because it had been dropped. I fixed the tumbler, loved it, and had to have a lid for it. I would up with purple. I received the lid within a week. What's not to like?
